This was the second time I had attended American Car Show at Hatton Country World, the first time was in 2012.
Hatton is only four miles from where we live and I had enjoyed the previous visit so much that when my next door neighbour told me that it was on I had no hesitation in popping along. He was taking his 1970’s Ford Torino and his friend Jason was taking his newly imported Buick (photos below).
There was an excellent turn out of, mostly post WWII, models ranging from the ’50s to present day. Here are the photos that I took of just a few of them. There is no particular theme or ranking, the photos are shown in the order I came across the cars.
I have only captioned the ones that I think need some explanation or ones that I am particularly interested in such as the historic Hudson Hornet and Nash Ambassador, the highlights of the day for me. I am sure that there would be many similar shows in the States that would be proud to have such a wide ranging and carefully restored collection.
