The 49th Scottish Transport Extravaganza organised by the Strathmore Vintage Vehicle Club will again be held in the grounds of Glamis Castle.
This well established event brings together over 1700 vehicles representing a wide array of transport comprising veteran, vintage and classic vehicles and machinery (cars, commercials, military, tractors, steam engines, motor cycles, static engines and exhibits).
But its not all about vehicles, there will be pipe bands and amusements for adults and children of all ages together with stalls selling refreshment.
Glamis Castle, with over 650 years of Scottish history, provides a wonderful backdrop to this event and is worth a visit in itself.
