Now in its 28th year, ‘The Amelia‘ classic car event celebrates driving and car culture with everything from Cars & Community to the world-renown Concours d’Elegance. Plus, every year The Amelia honours a celebrity** from the world of racing, from Sir Stirling Moss to last year’s celebration of team owner, Chip Ganassi.
The Amelia is fully loaded with something for everybody. Bring the whole family for automotive fun that will delight all ages, get behind the wheel of a cool car, take a close up look at some of the world’s most impressive vehicles at Sunday’s Concours d’Elegance and more.
The weekend’s celebrations will include a lively seminar on Saturday featuring Gordon and NASCAR Hall of Fame crew chief Ray Evernham. During Sunday’s concours, there will be opportunities to meet the legendary driver as well as browse a showcase of vehicles Gordon drove to victory during his career.
